Calm Club Intro workshop
A playful one-hour introduction to thoughts, big feelings and finding your calm.
Through stories, creativity and games, children explore thoughts and emotions and discover simple calming tools they can use in everyday life.
Workshops can be delivered either for families to attend together or for children only, with a feedback session for parents afterwards.
In person · 1 hour · Adaptable to age & group size

Big emotions are part of growing up
Feeling angry, sad, or scared is part of being human.
The challenge is that many children are never shown what they can do when those feelings become too big.
Calm Club gives children practical skills in a way that feels natural and fun.
Instead of sitting through a lesson, they discover calming strategies through stories, games, creative activities and conversation. They learn by doing, and because they enjoy the experience, the lessons stay with them.
