Find your way to calm, together

Feeling angry, sad or scared is part of being human.

But children aren’t always shown what to do when those feelings become too big.

Calm Club helps children and families build practical skills through stories, custom games, creative activities and conversation.

They learn by doing, so the lessons stay with them.

Calm Club was born from the ideas in my book Chit-Chat the Talking Hat, but has since grown into a broader programme that helps children understand their inner world and navigate big feelings with greater confidence.
